This is your chance to let the committee know your thoughts on how the club runs, what you like and what you don't like. What you want the club to be doing in the future. A review of past events and possible future events. There will also be an update on the clubs finances.

Essex Air Ambulance, Earls Cone, CO6 2NS

A slightly different format to this event this year, we will meet at the Essex Air Ambulance base at 10:30 for a tour of their base and present a cheque from the proceeds from last years car show. We will then follow a tulip route back to The Fox, Matching Tye, for a meal booked for 3:00pm

We will be returning this hotel as it proved so popular last year. We have 15 rooms reserved, the cost is £470.00 on a dinner, bed & breakfast basis. There are a limited number of superior room upgrades at an extra cost. Please contact Ian Robinson if you would like to join us

Matching Green Cricket Club, Matching Green from 13:00

Lock View, Burnt Mill Lane, Harlow

We have hired a specially adapted canal boat for a 4 hour cruise along the river stort. Everyone who wants to have a steer or lock the boat will be able to do so. This will be followed by a meal at The Fox, Matching Tye.
