This is a chance for all current members and partners to get involved in the running and the future of your club.

We will review the past years events and plans for this years calendar. The treasurer will present detailed accounts for the previous year, there will be an update on membership numbers and elect a new committee for 2024.

We would welcome new members onto the committee, if you would like to offer your services please let a committee member know or just volunteer on the evening. I need to stress the importance to the future of the club, in obtaining new committee members.

Light refreshments will be available at the end of the meeting so please come along for what is a very social evening.
